DIAGNOSIS: ENLARGED PROSTATE (BPH)
Zinc-packed. Antioxidant-rich. The most powerful bowl your prostate has ever seen.

Brazilian Açaí & Pumpkin Seed Smoothie Bowl
An enlarged prostate affects the majority of men over 50 — and most of them have no idea that what they eat directly influences how fast it progresses. This bowl was built around the nutrients your prostate needs most. Pumpkin seeds are the single richest plant-based source of zinc available — and zinc is the most concentrated mineral found in healthy prostate tissue. Low zinc levels are consistently linked to prostate enlargement and inflammation. Açaí brings an extraordinary concentration of anthocyanins and antioxidants that reduce oxidative stress in prostate cells. Blueberries add additional anthocyanins and pterostilbene, a compound increasingly linked to reduced prostate cell proliferation. And the pumpkin seeds do double duty — their phytosterols, particularly beta-sitosterol, have been shown in multiple studies to improve urinary flow and reduce BPH symptoms. This is not just a smoothie bowl. This is prostate nutrition at its most concentrated.

Method
- Remove the frozen açaí pulp and frozen blueberries from the freezer 5 minutes before blending. Break the açaí pulp into chunks if it comes in a solid block.
- Add the frozen açaí pulp, frozen blueberries, frozen banana, and almond milk to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth and thick — the consistency should be like soft-serve ice cream. If too thick to blend, add almond milk one tablespoon at a time. If too thin, add more frozen banana.
- Pour the smoothie base into two wide bowls — it should hold its shape. Working quickly before it melts, arrange the toppings: fresh blueberries, banana slices, pumpkin seeds, and ground flaxseeds. Drizzle honey over the top if using. Serve immediately.
NOTES
This recipe was created specifically for people managing Enlarged Prostate (BPH). Pumpkin seeds are the most important ingredient in this recipe — do not omit or reduce them. Their zinc content and beta-sitosterol phytosterols are directly linked to prostate health and urinary flow improvement. Always use unsweetened açaí pulp — added sugar increases inflammation and counteracts the anti-inflammatory benefits of this recipe. Always consult your doctor or nutritionist before making significant dietary changes.
